Shipping Policy

Remember to enter the correct email “CONTACT INFORMATION” in the order, because other than that email we will reject all other emails asking for wrong order information to protect the order and users!

Customers have 12 hours after placing the order to cancel and change the order information related to the product’s details or the shipping address. Please send an email to, we will process your requirements accordingly.

How long does it take to process and order?

Please allow 1-3 days for your order to be processed for shipping. We do our best to fulfill orders as quickly as possible and they are usually processed same day.

How long is the shipping time?

This will depend on the product the customer has ordered. For products held in stock in the United States, the current lead time is 5-7 business days. For products held in our other warehouses (outside the US), delivery is usually within 7-14 days. In severe cases, this period can be up to 18 days. For bulky, large-size products, it takes longer to ship, it can take up to 21 days for the package to reach your home.

Why is my order shipped in different packages?

If you have a multi-item order, each item can be shipped from different international warehouses, depending on which warehouse we have fastest. Additionally, if an item is popular and has few orders, we may deliver your items at different points, in different packages, to prevent a hold on your order and Delivery to you as fast as possible!

Delayed conversions can occur, so it may take a few days for the conversion to take a little longer than expected. For any convenience, we apologize for that.
